This interactive workshop is for women in all stages of life.
We will be covering anatomy of the core and pelvic floor, strengthening and releasing exercises and pranayama (breath work) that will work your core smarter not harder.
Learn how to find the deep core muscles, strengthen a weak core with functional exercises, and apply pelvic floor exercise to your workouts and daily routine.
Benefits of the core/pelvic floor connection include improving your posture and balance, protecting your spine, healing diastasis recti, and boosting your metabolism.

An upbeat mixed levels flow - practice in the dark, illuminated by black lights and neon body paint!

The wall can be a yogi’s best friend – it is always there to support you and catch you, it’s a prop everyone has access to and can trust.
Learn how to utilize the wall to modify, deepen, and explore poses. From opening the body to stabilizing a pose, the wall can assist you in your yoga practice in studio or at home.
When you leave the wall, you will have a whole new level of awareness of your alignment and a different experience of your body in your practice off the wall.
